With more than a decade of experience as a human research scientist, Chad brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and compassionate care to every coaching interaction.
A devoted father and husband, Chad has been married for 15 years and is raising four children. With intimate understanding and experience in the challenges, joys, wins, and lessons of family life, he is committed to helping others navigate the complexities of modern life with deep connection, clear communication, and shared meaning.
As a certified clinical research professional, award-winning mentor, coach, and speaker with over 20 years of experience in science and engineering, Chad empowers individuals and families to reach their full potential. With a strong foundation in evidence and research-based thinking and strategy combined with life experience from being a member of a large (21 aunts and uncles!), complex, extended family, Chad brings a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to consulting practice.
